We believe in providing our employees with the opportunity to grow in their expertise, skills and knowledge. This cross-training (multi-skill) approach allows us to provide greater flexibility to our clients by ensuring that our employees can perform all tasks that are required for the job.
Our comprehensive training and development program has an integrative approach that includes on-site training facilitated by supervisors and lead technicians, external training led by subject matter experts and a self-paced training library that includes: media/web-based, audio and video learning. Our robust training program includes safety and security, job-specific technical training and specialized leadership training.
Safety Training:Safety is more than a program... It's a culture. Our commitment to safety starts with our leadership team and extends throughout the organization. We support the workplace safety standards and regulations established by OSHA. Every new employee to the organization or job assignment is required to undergo training on all of the safety requirements of his/her job and how to operate within a hazardous environment. Additionally, safety training and meetings are regularly conducted on the job sites to discuss new safety considerations.
We have an extensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) that is in accordance with Senate Bill 198. This program thoroughly details our safety communication system, assuring compliance to safe work practices, hazard assessment, accident investigation, hazard corrections and record keeping/documentation.
